ESD Boxes and Bins

PP corrugated boxes and bins in ESD grades, for electronic parts and boards that static can damage.

What ESD Grade Means

ESD stands for electrostatic discharge. An ESD-grade sheet carries an additive that lets static charge drain away instead of building up on the box. Sheets come in conductive and dissipative types, which differ in how fast the charge moves.

Before You Order

  • Ask for the surface resistance range of the sheet used in your order, and its test report.
  • Tell us whether your line needs conductive or dissipative boxes.
  • Check the boxes on your own ESD floor with your own meter when they arrive.

Common Uses

  • Electronic and PCB assembly lines.
  • Storing parts inside an ESD protected area.
  • Moving boards between lines or between units.

Ask for a Size and a Price

Tell us what goes inside, the inside size you need and how many. We will tell you which box, bin or crate fits and what it costs.
